WE ARE BACK!!!!

Well, here we are again after a gap of nearly two years. This post is more in the way of testing my skills with the website after all this time as well as seeing if any of my Faithful Followers are getting this and possibly actually reading it!!

The main event is the South American cruise Val and I are off on very soon, the itinerary of which I shall try to include in this preliminary post, just to whet your appetite….

So there you go, more soon.

  1. Yes, your pre-blog blog has got through successfully to an island of 2.500 people in Ge0rgia Strait off the coast of western Canada! Not sure which day you leave or when you are due back but ‘have a wonderful time’. We will catch up when all three of us are back in England.

    Yes indeed, I received that post successfully – although it was held up by my firm’s email filters until I managed to liberate it. But the itinerary looks fabulous and I’m looking forward to the posts that follow.

    In that connection, btw, may I request that you change my email address to the following on your mailing list? The firm’s filters seem to become more restrictive on almost a daily basis, and are intercepting more and more personal mail, including many items originating from blog sites such as your own. If you use my gmail address I suspect it may enable more expeditious delivery.
